Marvel July Solicits reveal Fear Itself #4 cover
It's not much of a spoiler, but Marvel and Newsarama pretty much confirm that Steve Rogers HAS to return as Captain America, and for reasons that are still a "mystery" (but pretty obvious if you can read through what issue #3's cover suggests).
