Batman voice actor Kevin Conroy says Flashpoint is DC's next animated movie

Those looking for more Flash centered features or lead on animated films to DC The New 52 may finally get their wish after all, and as the tagline goes: "Everything will change in a Flash".

While being interviewed by Comic Book Club, famous Batman voice actor Kevin Conroy said he's currently doing work on DC Comics' next animated film feature, revealing that it's "Flashpoint" - based on the 2011 storyline by Geoff Johns and Andy Kubert that centers around Barry Allen/ The Flash and an alternative timeline where everything is not what it seems. If that's true, then the popular actor who voiced the Caped Crusader in Batman: The Animated Series and Batman: Arkham City will be voicing the Batman from Flashpoint, who's revealed to be none other than Thomas Wayne, Bruce's father who survived the mugging attack instead of his son. While there has yet to be an official announcement from DC Entertainment, it's a safe bet that it will be coming real soon.
