For those keeping score with Marvel's "Avengers Vs X-Men" miniseries, it's safe to assume that everybody knows that it will lead on to their eventual "Marvel NOW!" initiative, where several titles will be relaunched and rebranded as a result of the repercussions this crossover event will bring. Now this will tread into SPOILER territory for some, so shy away if you don't want to find out who exactly is the big baddie Earth's Mightiest Heroes will face at the final chapter that gets released this October, as revealed by this variant cover illustrated by Jerome Opena.

As you can see below... It's Cyclops, who's the sole holder of the power of the Phoenix after his fellow "Phoenix Five" members lost their share of the cosmic force's abilities. All the Avengers are down, and it looks like it's just Nova who's going to have to face the leader of the X-Men's wrath.
