Injustice: Gods Among Us: Mortal Kombat's Scorpion joins the Injustice DC Universe

The new DLC character for Injustice has been announced... And how it came to be is anyone's guess, but it was inevitable.

As rumored by several sources and now very much confirmed by WB Games, DC Comics, and NetherRealm Studios themselves, one of Mortal Kombat's deadliest kombatants, the spectre known as Scorpion, is heading to the Injustice DC Universe... And all hell will literally break loose upon his arrival in the DC fighting game literally taking consoles by storm, Injustice: Gods Among Us.

Officially announced by DC Comics co-publisher Jim Lee and NetherRealm Studios' own head and Mortal Kombat co-creator Ed Boon, Scorpion is the latest DLC character to be officially announced and confirmed for "Injustice: Gods Among Us". The announcement trailer features gameplay of the Mortal Kombat veteran, as well as a special new "Blackest Night Earth-2 Superman" skin for the Man Of Steel in the game.
